Changes in the protection of personal data :
Ladies and Gentlemen,

we would like to inform you that as of May 25, 2018 the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) comes into force. In connection with the changes introduced we would like to share information with you that describes how Homeplus uses your data.

INFORMATION CLAUSE :
Homeplus at the headquarters in Poland, as the administrator of your personal data informs you that :

1. your personal data are processed for the purposes related to the realization of the order, service orders, routine maintenance tasks and any other information concerning the activity of Homeplus

2. The data indicated will be processed in compliance with article 6 paragraph 1 points b) and c) and in accordance with the modalities provided for in the general regulations on the protection of personal data,

3. you have the right of access to the contents of your data, the right to correct, delete, limit the processing, the right of data portability,

4. Personal data will be kept until the moment of the realization of the sales contract and the limitation of the resulting claims as well as until the moment of the fulfillment of the obligations resulting from the tax and invoicing provisions,

5. you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the general regulations on the protection of personal data,

6. Your data may be shared with our sales representatives, the people who support and operate our electronic tools and systems, who perform our mailings and provide ongoing legal services, the company responsible for printing the documents we use, and the company responsible for destroying the documents,
