Garage doors for the house

SEGMENTED GARAGE DOORS FOR THE HOUSE

Segmented garage doors are the ideal solution for your garage. Made of the highest quality materials, provide comfort and safety.

The 40 mm thick panels, filled with freon-free polyurethane foam and lip seals that adhere perfectly to the panel and bracket, effectively reduce heat loss and reduce external noise. The special design of the panel and hinges eliminates the risk of pinching your fingers when closing the door.

GARAGE DOORS RSC 200

Normal handling RSC 200 is the standard and most commonly used type of garage door guidance. The required pyjamas height is 200mm for manual gate control and 250mm for controlling the door via electric drive.

Garage doors RSC 80

The low-guided gate is used wherever we do not have a place to install the door in standard guidance. The required pyjamas in low guidance are only 80mm with manual gate control and 150mm with electric drive.

Garage doors RES 350

High handling is used wherever the use of normal RSC 200 guidance is not possible due to the excessive height of the pyjamas. In the res 350, the minimum height of the cable bed for manual control is 350mm and 400mm with electric drive.

Construction of the door panel

The standard panels used in the manufacture of section doors consist of sections 40 mm thick and 500 mm high, 555 mm or 610 mm high.

They are made of hot-galvanized and polyester-coated steel sheet, filled with polyurethane foam with high thermal insulation properties.

Section design solutions protect the gateway user from pinching their fingers.

The panels used in the production of garage doors in ThermicGATE system consist of sections up to 60mm thick and 500 mm high. They are made of Z100 and Z225 galvanized steel and polyester-coated steel sheet, filled with polyurethane foam with very good thermal insulation properties.

Section design solutions protect the gateway user from pinching their fingers.

safety

In our gates we place great attention on the safety and convenience of using the gate, hence in homeplus gates you will find the highest quality components, having all the necessary certificates. You won't find cheap, low-quality items that have a significant impact on your safety.

  • Protection against the effects of spring break

All our garage and industrial sectional doors are equipped with protection against sudden fall of the gate in case of spring break.

  • Photocell

If the door is equipped with electric drive control, it is also possible to install safety photocells. Photocells are mounted in the light of the gate opening and prevent the gate from being closed when there is an object in the aisle.

ThermicGATE

  • Garage doors ThermicGATE

ThermicGATE is our proposal for a garage door kit, which is a combination of a warm, thick yet lightweight door panel and special perimeter gate seals and double adjustable rollers.

Due to the thickness of the panel, it is not possible to install the handle and the lock system with side locks and the electrical drive disconnection system integrated into the handle.

  • Door panel with lower thermal conductivity

The foam composition filling the panel and its thickness of up to 60 mm ensures very good thermal conductivity.

Heat transfer coefficient of U panels = 0.39 (W/m2*K)
Canine value between panels Ո = 0.209 (W/m*K)

  • Side and hose seal to minimize thermal bridges

Side seal placed on the angles of vertical guides and on the dust, minimizes the formation of thermal bridges that arise when they come into contact with the cold surface of the building, such as concrete, steel structure, etc.

  • Two-lip flexible bottom seal

The bottom gasket made of elastic rubber, mounted on the lower profile of the gate panel, very well reaches the ground. As a result, the heat loss at the bottom of the door is even smaller.

  • Double roller system

For a better fit of the gate jacket to the circumferential seals, we used a system of double adjustable contact rollers. Fitting the gate jacket to the gaskets ensures less heat loss.

The garage door is selected depending on the configuration of the garage. It is also necessary to take into account the width of the passage necessary, according to the vehicle and take into account the presence of possible obstacles: pipes in the ceiling, storage of walls …
