Description du système
Le système est destiné à la réalisation d’éléments de construction internes sans isolation thermique. L’utilisation de base du système est une variété de portes et fenêtres coulissantes. La profondeur structurelle du cadre et du châssis est de 31 à 96 mm. L’offre comprend des cadres à double et triple rails et grâce à cela, il est possible de réaliser des constructions avec plusieurs vantaux dans un seul cadre.

– la possibilité d’utiliser des ferrures spéciales et la possibilité de produire des fenêtres de passage coulissant verticalement.

EN AW-6060 selon PN-EN 573-3 T66 selon PN-EN 515 Al Mg Si 0,5 F22 selon DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1.
Joints d’étanchéité
Caoutchouc synthétique EPDM selon la norme DIN7863 et norme DIN7715 E2.
Matériel
Uniquement du mobilier dédié.
Remplissages
Panneaux de fenêtre simples ou en paquets avec tout type de verre ou de panneaux opaques dans la largeur de 4 à 20 mm.
Finition de surface
Revêtement en poudre avec sous-couche polyester sur chromate selon les normes Qualicoat, toute couleur RAL au choix ; anodisé en couleurs : aluminium naturel, olive, champagne, or, brun – selon les normes Qualanod, laqué pour imitation bois.
System description
Aluminium profile system intended to accomplish thermal insulated sliding windows or sliding segments for external elements of constructions, for example loggias and balconies.
The systems allows to use fillings, of 26-30 mm thickness. The structural depth of the profiles equals 46 mm for frames, 73/95 mm for double track frames, 131,5/153,5 mm for triple track frames. Possibility of achieving the minimal width of the central post – 37 mm – provides slenderness and stiffness of the construction.
Ponzio hardware is installed in SL600tt EVO sliding system.
Thanks to special EPDM gaskets, made of synthetic rubber, used on the perimeter of each of the sliding segments, we achieve high tightness of the construction.

System description
SL1200tt – lift and slide system.
The system with thermal insulation, designed to produce elements of the external enclosure lift and slide for example housing balconies and loggias. Design depth is 50 mm for wings and 120 mm for double track frames and 184 mm for triple track frames.

Only dedicated furnitures Ponzio and G-U.
Fillings
Single or packet window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels in the width of 6-37 mm.
Surface finishing
Powder coating with polyester on chromate undercoater accoording to Qualicoat standards, any RAL colour at choice; anodized in colours: natural aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, brown – according to Qualanoad standards, lacquered for colour imitating wood.
Permissions and quality certificates
Initial type tests according to PN-EN 14351-1.
